- According to Pre-War Fleetwood Council was always recorded as being in Preston Street. As the brigade only had three whole time firemen pre-war, I would suggest that the NFS built more huts to accommodate extra personal and office's and that was on the London Street side of the council depot. This would explain the different address. |
