Shown on 1891 1:500 OS map - at rear of Local Board Yard, backing on to Preston Street, still on 1932 1:2500 OS map. Shown on maps up to 1970/1973 1:10000 OS map, but much enlarged. This map shows both this station and Radcliffe Road (Fleetwood old 3) although Radcliffe Road was opened in 1962

- According to Pre-War Fleetwood Council was always recorded as being in Preston Street. As the brigade only had three whole time firemen pre-war, I would suggest that the NFS built more huts to accommodate extra personal and office's and that was on the London Street side of the council depot. This would explain the different address.
